Equity Registration Information
SER embraces the principle that ecological restoration is an engaging and inclusive process that succeeds through the full participation of all sectors of society worldwide. SER2025 registration rates acknowledge that individuals have varying abilities to pay. To reduce financial barriers to conference attendance, we offer an Equity rate option. These Equity rates are available on an honor system for those who cannot afford the standard rates. Both student SER members and non-members are eligible for the Equity rates.
Digital Poster/Virtual Content Registration Information
This registration type is specifically for presenters who will display their poster electronically at the conference or for delegates interested in post-conference on-demand access to all presentations. Digital poster presenters will submit an electronic, pre-recorded version of their poster for display during the conference. This does not include real-time virtual attendance or live presentation. Instead, registration includes post-conference access to recorded content from November 2025 through February 2026. It will also include real time access to the conference app so that presenters and virtual delegates can also network, including the possibility for in-person or virtual delegates who view the digital poster to send questions to the presenter about the content via the app.
Travel/Event Insurance
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. In the event that your visa is denied, or you are not granted entry to attend, travel insurance will help ensure most of your expenses are covered. Most credit cards and health insurance policies have a travel insurance optional add-on. Reach out to yours to ensure your piece of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted with cancellation fees schedule below:
- Registrants will receive a full refund less a US$ 50 administrative fee if cancelled before 30 April 2025.*
- Registrants will receive a 50% refund if cancelled before 31 July 2025.*
- No refunds after 31 July 2025.*
Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat no later than the above date by emailing ser2025registration[at]venuewest.com. Registrants wishing to cancel after 31 July 2025 will not be eligible for a refund, however, transfer of the registration to another delegate is acceptable
*Cancellation for entry visa denials
Delegates who have applied for an entry visa at least 3-4 months before the start of the conference and whose visa application is rejected, will receive a full refund less a US$ 50 administrative fee if cancelled before August 25. After that date, the conference cannot provide a refund for visa entry denials. Copies of the application paperwork and visa entry denial letter must be provided to the Conference Secretariat by emailing ser2025registration[at]venuewest.com.
