Hyatt Regency Denver
$269 per night
The Hyatt Regency Denver is the headquarters hotel for SER2025. All conference sessions will take place at this venue. The hotel is a short walk to the 16th Street Mall, which contains many fine eating establishments, entertainment and exciting nightlife. The hotel is also less than a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to and from the airport.
Embassy Suites
$259 per night
The Embassy Suites will host the pre-conference sessions of SER2025. This hotel is located directly across the parking lot from the Hyatt Regency and is less than a 2-minute walk. This hotel offers a made-to-order breakfast and a nightly manager’s reception included in the room rate for each hotel room.

Avoid Third-Party Pitfalls
Booking through outside sites might look cheaper upfront—but can come with hidden fees, non-refundable terms, and no event-specific support if things go wrong. Third-party companies who illegally represent themselves as travel agencies, soliciting attendees and exhibitors, and offering to assist them with their hotel reservations. This practice, known as “room poaching”, can have serious consequences, including higher room rates, non-existent reservations at check-in, loss of prepayment, or sub-standard hotel accommodations. Room poachers require pre-payment for rooms but do not make a hotel reservation for you. Payment cannot be reclaimed, resulting in significant monetary loss.
