Travel Visa Information
International attendees that require a “Letter of Invitation” to help with obtaining a visa, can request that letter during the registration process. Once a registration is completed and we receive payment for that registration, the “Letter of Invitation” will be emailed to the delegate. Due to the slower processing time in obtaining visas, we strongly recommend that delegates apply for a visa immediately. For more information, please explore our Travel and Visa Information page.
Accommodations
Numerous accommodation options are available for conference delegates. At this time SER is only opening the room block in the host hotel and the next closest hotel to the conference site. All pre-conference sessions will take place at the Embassy Suites and all conference sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency. You can find accommodation options on our Accommodations page.
